Comvergent have a great opportunity for an individual coming from a Technical Operations background with experience in streetworks activities (telecoms, water, gas, construction etc) to join our Operations team on a large scale telecommunications rollout project as a Streetworks Administrator.

Streetworks Administrator will be responsible for;

• Coordinating with local authorities to gain permits for planned works
• Management of streetwork notices on internal and external system
• Ensure all streetwork notices are detailed and accurate to ensure all persons concerned are aware of all available NRSWA information
• General administrative duties including data entry, updating tracking etc
• Assist planning and scheduling of Traffic Management (TM) requests where required
• Liaise with Engineering/Operational resource

Background & Skills from Streetworks Administrator;

• Coming from a NRSWA, Traffic Management, Permitting or similar Operational Administrative background having had experience dealing with local authorities for planned works (most likely coming from a Utilities, Engineering or Construction company)
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft packages
• Relevant knowledge of NRSWA/Streetworks, TMA and Health & Safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to act calmly and rationally
