Class 1 (C+E) Drivers Needed ASAP for Trunking work GBP13-GBP15 p/h

Driver Hire Enfield are currently recruiting for HGV 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing contract.

We are currently working with one of the largest parcel companies in the UK and recruiting experienced HGV 1 drivers for trunking work.

You will be driving a HGV 1 lorry (Double Decker) on most occasions to Birmingham where you will be off loaded and then return to depot. No manual hand balling required as trailer will be uncoupled and you leave with another trailer.

If you are looking for a HGV 1 job which is Monday to Friday with the potential of working every other weekend then this is the ideal role for you!

Requirements

• You must hold a valid UK licence with C+E category for a minimum of 1 year
• Hold a valid Digital Tacho Card & CPC Card
• Have no more than 9 points (No DR10)
• Experience driving a double decker HGV 1 vehicle
• Good Communication skills

Job Description

• Start times vary from 1300 - 2100
• You will be driving a HGV 1 (Double Decker) vehicle to Birmingham where your trailer will be unloaded or swapped and you then make your way back to depot
• You are not able to stop while on route to Birmingham or when returning from Birmingham at any time due to high value goods being on vehicle
• On average shifts are 10 -12 hours long

Pay Rates are GBP13-GBP15 per hour
