Sous chef

Located in the City Centre, we are currently looking to appoint a
Creative and passionate sous chef for a culinary driven high end
restaurant . You will be an enthusiastic team player, working along
side the Head Chef to keep raising the standards ensuring the kitchen
maintains a high level of cooking and food safety at all times.

The establishment is part of a well structured company offering a
stable future for the right individual.

A strong culinary background is essential, and we would expect to see
experience cooking at fine dining level as well as higher volume
kitchens. The restaurant style is modern British and there is lots of
opportunity to express you own culinary flair within the menu.

In a nutshell, the ability to lead a team, to cook accurately, season
correctly and present dishes impeccably, whilst creating a good
working environment.
