My Client is excited to announce they are looking to recruit a number of new team members their boutique in West London.This brand is a leader in luxury, excellence, and Italian glamour. They are a very established brand with a strong heritage.
This company offers fantastic internal training and progression and the chance to be part of an exclusive team of sales associates working with some of the finest luxury products in the world.

As well as a competitive salary , you can earn up to GBP600 per month commission , receive sizeable discounts on a wide range of luxury goods, free car parking , subsidised lunches , plus pension etc..

YOU WILL NEED TO
Work as a team with management and co-workers to achieve personal and store goals
Contribute to the store and service KPIs achievement
Acquire, build and maintain an active client book
Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and to explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty among new and existing clients.
You will stimulate and maximize sales opportunities by promoting product attributes to the customer, developing and enhancing their skills to increase sales results, and participating in the promotion of a positive work/store environment.
Be professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions
Ensure that all front areas of the store are clean and products are displayed
Strive to be a customer service oriented to ensure a positive shopping experience

THE SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE

Fluency in English is a must
Additional language, such as Mandarin/Cantonese/Arabic would be a nice plus
Knowledge/previous experience in Luxury business
CRM techniques and tools
Proactive selling skills
Initiative and Negotiation Skills
Experience in high-end luxury retail sales
Excellent customer orientation and networking
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Good appearance and gesture, friendly and pleasant personality
At least 2 years' working experience in luxury retail, focusing on jewellery, watches, leather goods is preferred
