Tenant Liaison Officer

Opportunity for experienced Tenant Liaison Officers to work for a leading social housing provider. Post holders will be required to liaise with members of the public affected by works. These vacancies are based in Tyne & Wear and County Durham, full time (Monday to Friday), both permanent and temporary contracts available.

Job
The post holder will ensure effective tenant liaison, informing tenants as to the programme of works and visiting tenants to resolve problems. Customer complaints will be handled in accordance with procedure and the site manager will be informed of any serious problems arising. The post holder will work closely with the client and their representatives to ensure good relations are maintained. Weekly and monthly reports will be produced as required.

Experienced Required
Tenant liaison experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
High level of computer literacy

Remuneration
Negotiable dependent upon experience
