Are you an experienced complaint handler who loves resolving customer complaints and queries? Are you passionate about providing an excellent level of customer service? Are you available immediately or on short notice?
You'll need to have dealt with financial services complaints before, ideally pensions, banking or customer service related. You'll need to be detail focused, good with numbers and have good MS Office skills, particularly Word as you'll be writing letters as well as talking to customers on the phone.
YOU'LL BE ABLE TO GIVE US EXAMPLES OF:
* When you've resolved financial services complaints for customers
* When you've had to communicate effectively on the phone and in writing
* How you've planned and prioritised your workload to meet your targets
* Deliver the quantity of case closures expected by our client.
* Make sure the quality of your work meets the standards set by our client.
