A North London social housing provider requires an interim Neighbourhood Housing Officer to cover an initial three month temporary assignment.
Working within a busy and dynamic team you will be responsible for providing expert advice on all housing management enquiries, tenancy/leasehold issues, low level ASB, across all tenure groups.
Successful applicants will have worked in a similar role and be competent in all aspects of housing management including court attendance, attending evictions, witness statements, sign ups, tenancy checks and home visits.
