Our Public Sector Client is currently looking for an occupational
Health advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Purpose of the post:
Deliver a comprehensive occupational health service to our client and
Traded Services to support both employees and the employers to
maximise health, attendance and productivity, whilst ensuring
statutory obligations are met.
Provide advice and support to managers and employees in all matters
related to employee health and wellbeing, ensuring adherence to
policies and current Legislation.
Key responsibilities include: case management of referrals, sickness
absence meetings, report writing to Senior Management, liaising with
other healthcare professionals, sign posting to external agencies,
supporting rehabilitation into work, and facilitating ill health
retirements.
The Successful candidate must be car drivers with access to their own
vehicle:
The successful candidate will:
?? Have demonstrable experience of operating as an Occupational Health
Nurse or Adviser.
?? Registered General Nurse or a Qualification in Occupational Health
or relevant experience.
?? Evidence of NMC (CPD) portfolio or continuing OH CPD
?? Demonstrable knowledge of DPA, (GDPR), Health and Safety Regs
?? Experience of working autonomously.
?? Strong understanding of providing high quality customer service
