I am looking for a Deputy Manager for a community supported living service for vulnerable adults based in Bristol with a leading charity.
Your role is to deputise in the absence of the Service Manager, manage the day to day running of support staff in the home, ensure the service is fully staffed, write and update care plans and provide high quality person centred care.
On offer as the Deputy Manager is
* Salary of GBP21,000
* Further payments for overtime and sleep ins
* 25 days holiday allowance

To be considered, you must have
* NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
* QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4 or be willing to work towards
* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
* Strong CQC and KLOE's knowledge, staff management and administration skills
