Permanent Operations Manager job working for a charity close to Liverpool Street station (EC2)

This small and independent Charity which was founded over a 100 years ago provides opportunities for people to learn , perform and create. The organisation is set in a magnificent building very close to Liverpool Street station.
Your new role
This exciting and interesting job will help manage the successful and effective running of the business on a daily basis. The key areas of the job include , managing the office and managing staff (with a range of experience). As the building is listed you'll be ensuring the building facilities and physical infrastructure are kept to a very high standard as the building is hired out for events on a regular basis. Furthermore you'll be working on projects as the organisation continues to evolve and change. Finally you'll be working closely with a number of key areas of the business and be required to help identify new opportunities and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a success in this job you must be a logical , practical and a problem solver with a passion for working for a charity. You must be flexible to a changing an varied workload. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of business admin , team leadership and an understanding of planning and budgeting. As the building is listed a strong knowledge of building/ facilities operations is essential. An interest in the arts , creative arts or literature would be desirable.
