A highly regarded multi award winning firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer join a technical role where you will step away from running a caseload and deal with more complex individual matters.

You will be joining a very modern, forward-thinking organisation. The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to work as part of a thriving residential property department whilst dealing with more complex Conveyancing matters on an individual basis rather than running a full caseload.

What's needed for me to be considered?
You will be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive
Ability to run Residential Property matters of varying value and complexity from instruction through to completion
Ability to deal with more complex Conveyancing matters
Prioritise workload, ensuring that all deadlines and targets are met
Excellent client care skills
Proficient with the use of IT
