Becoming a Resource Planning Analyst with Electronic Monitoring Services:
Capita's Electronic Monitoring Service (EMS) is currently looking for a Resource Planning Analyst. Working closely with the Senior Resource Planner and reporting into the Resource Planning Manager this role will play a pivotal part in maximising operational performance and minimising contractual penalties.
Role overview:
* Playing a key part of the Resource Planning team to ensure all aspects of the forecasting, scheduling and real time management processes are delivered on time and to a high standard across telephony, back office and field operations
* Support the Senior Scheduling Analyst to ensure schedules are produced that optimise resource deployment to maximise operational performance and minimise contractual penalties whilst seeking to satisfy the needs of our people
* Provide strong administrative support for the Scheduling tool to ensure adherence to all policies and processes that affect the scheduling of staff
* Support the operational teams in Real Time Performance Management to drive delivery service across all teams
* To monitor adherence and officer behaviour to ensure delivery against the scheduled plan
Key responsibilities:

Administration of schedule and shrinkage management process by business area across EMS operations
*
Optimisation of schedules within agreed timescales to ensure demand requirements are met
*
Ownership and completion of email queries and scheduling requests sent to the EMS Resource Planning mailbox
*
Support the operational teams on the delivery of the schedules and drive real time management to deliver service levels and minimise service credits
*
Leading daily focus sessions and drive performance management through the use of Tactical Plans and adherence tools and effective engagement with the operational management teams
*
Optimise the workforce management tool for effective scheduling including: data maintenance, entry and reporting including holidays, absences, shift swaps, and off production activities
