Production Operative-Manufacturing Sector (days/nights)
Ascot, Berkshire. Commutable from Bracknell, Maidenhead, Slough, Farnborough, Guildford, Reading, Twickenham
GBP22-23K Basic plus 10% Bonus plus shift allowance of 25% for night and weekend work plus overtime (time 1/2/double time)=Circa GBP28K
38.5 Hours, Shifts are 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM(4 on, 4 off)-YOU MUST BE WILLING TO WORK NIGHTS
Are you from a manufacturing production/engineering background looking for a position offering variety, career progression and the chance to work on new equipment?
This is a very varied position where you will be trained and challenged in an ever evolving and growing environment. The position has clear career progression into a team leader role and my clients order books are full.
The role is with a global leader in their market and are investing heavily in both staff and equipment.
The salary can be increased significantly through bonus, shift allowance and overtime so your actual earnings will be likely to be over GBP30K.
This position offers the opportunity to play a huge part in the growth and success of the site, with future career opportunities available.
This position is a varied manufacturing role with a variety of functions and tasks so no 2 days are likely to be the same.
Therefore tasks will include:
1.Using rotating equipment
2.Setting up and operating bespoke machinery and lasers
3.Quality control of orders
To apply you should have
1.Working background in manufacturing production
2.Ability to read engineering drawings
3.Experience of using quality inspection equipment
