We are looking for a dynamic leader to manage the finance function in the most efficient and responsive ways in order to support the business. you will be a great leader and recruit, develop and motivate a team of managers and people in order to ensure that demanding performance targets are achieved and you will manage all aspects of the Finance team.

• Recruit, lead, develop and motivate a team of managers and people in order to ensure that demanding performance targets are achieved.
• Manage all aspects of the Finance Team
• Check that all the appropriate controls are in place and accurately performed by the different levels according to the company guidelines.
• Perform random checks on a regular basis in order to have a good risk assessment of the performance and the quality of works done by the finance functions.
• Build strong relationships with the other departments to ensure that the finance functions provide the right level of information and support to the business.
• Support the finance managers in delivering their tasks.
• Implement the right level of communication between the financial functions in order to be the most responsive and efficient.
• To ensure that compliance required by the financial business activities is in place and monitor on a regular basis within the finance functions.
• Responsible for leading the production of budgets & forecasts for BNP Paribas Personal Finance and to provide the advice and guidance to the business in order to link business decisions to the plans.
• Responsible for controlling and optimising the cost structure for BNP Paribas Personal Finance in accordance with the strategic plan and the annual budget.
• Ensure financial planning and analysis activities comply with Group guidelines and requirements.
• Work with the business area and other departments to develop, evaluate and implement strategy for driving profitability.
