Project Coordinator - Full time permanent - Salary up to GBP21,000pa plus excellent benefits package
If you are an experienced administrator and love a busy, varied workload and can provide outstanding support to a team of professionals then this could be right up your street!
The role is supporting Engineers working within a Project Management Department. Actively managing projects but also assisting in the bidding process for new ones - you will be required to provide the following to very high standards:
* Formatting and editing documents in line with Company procedures and practices
* Paying excellent attention to presentation, grammar and spelling - so superb attention to detail is a must
* Preparing all the documentation ready for presenting to clients
* Typing letters and minutes of meetings
* Ensuring nothing is missed in the process
* Providing ad hoc admin support - filing, archiving and binding documents
* Able to think on your feet, multitask yet always with an eye on quality
* You must be used to a busy, fast paced environment
* Working to deadlines and quality standards
* Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential
