Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has excellent working knowledge of Waterfall & Agile delivery methodologies. We would also lean on you to provide mentoring / coaching to Business Analysts as they produce their analysis and project deliverables. You will also support with inductions and lead our 'Business Analysis Community'.

You will be a part of our Agile development team creating a 'Digital First' culture and delivering fit for purpose systems and processes.
The role will be working in the most exciting areas of the Utility industry (SMART, Digital, new technologies), with a want to constantly deliver solutions that drive customer satisfaction by delivering key business and customer KPI's.

You will be able to work well in a complex business environment - adaptability, agility, and ability to manage constant change will be an area you thrive in.
Exposure to the full project lifecycle and a good understanding of technical and non-technical projects and activities required for successful delivery.
