Customer Service Manager

A rare opportunity is currently available for a Customer Service Manager to join one of the leading Road Transport Companies operating within Heathrow Airport

The main responsibility of the role is to ensure coordination of the company’s customer service function to achieve optimum customer satisfaction. To deliver this you need to provide dynamic operational leadership to manage a small team of agents but influence other partners within the business.

The ideal candidate will be required to demonstrate the following skills:
