My well established client are currently recruiting for the role of Resourcing Advisor. Travel is integral to this role, so the position also comes with a generous car allowance.

The post-holder will provide effective recruitment support to the mobilisation team and business and link in with the HR Shared Services department, as well as involvement in the full recruitment cycle including advertising following the authorisation process, sourcing candidates, head hunting, pre-screening and identifying suitable candidates for new contract for interview and supporting through to attending induction.


Key Responsibilities:


- Produce recruitment plan for the mobilisation of the new contract to meet resourcing needs
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to support the resourcing of the contracting including linking in with various sources who can support the attraction of candidates
- Agree recruitment process to be used for attraction, shortlist and assess candidates at volume for the contract.
- Review all recruitment material used to ensure fit for purpose for campaigns
- Link in with the HRSS recruitment team to ensure e-systems are optimised as much as possible for the recruitment process and on-boarding to ensure a good candidate experience
- Oversee the progress of vetting/reference completion in line with company standards in conjunction with the company vetting team and raise any concerns re pace of completion or unsatisfactory results as applicable
- Agree induction means for new recruits so fully trained and aware of all company policies
- Work with training lead on induction timetable and components to ensure achievable
- Work closely with business managers and mobilisation team on achieving resourcing needs for contract
- Provide guidance and practical expertise to Hiring Mangers for all issues relating to the recruitment process
- Directly sourcing candidates for via job boards, Social Media, advertising, LinkedIn, CV databases and networking.
- Researching and mapping the talent pool, keeping in contact with candidates to promote employment opportunities within the company.
- Ensure Hired employees are managed through our on-boarding process
- Sifting through applications and providing shortlists to Hiring Managers as required and support interview process if requested
- Managing the Applicant Tracking System, providing feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates

Person Specifications:

- Previous experience of managing recruitment campaigns
- Previous experience of managing projects as part of wider project team
- Engaging with external stakeholders
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and prioritise
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and work with senior members
- Experience of large scale recruitment campaigns
- Managed recruitment for contract mobilisation
