We're working with a Huddersfield based brewery to find an Administrator to join their welcoming team.
We're looking for candidates who have a background and interest in the brewing industry, whether from an import, buying, pub or wholesale background!
Within the role, your duties will include:
Processing customer orders onto the bespoke system
Monitoring order progress, checking for any billing or supply issues
Liaising with customers, acting as first point of contact and answering any queries
Helping customers with their beer selection, keeping an up to date knowledge of your breweries products and ensuring customers are aware if the selection changes or expands
Building trusted relationships with companies, keeping an eye out for regular orders and calling customers if it looks like a regular order has been missed!
After the sale has been processed and delivered you'll process customer invoices, ensuring everything is present and correct. The brewery run an empties return scheme, discounts for this will need to be checked and applied as well.
You'll also monitor the new e-commerce platform, keeping an eye out for stock discrepancies and liaising with marketing to resolve any issues.
We're looking for a confident, friendly and approachable candidate.
You'll need to come from a brewery/pub/alcohol import background within an administrative capacity to be successful within this role!
We're also looking for strong communication skills and excellent administrative accuracy.
Previous experience liaising with customers and building strong relationships is also a must.
A solid working knowledge of Microsoft office and the invoicing process would not go amiss.
