Our client is a dynamic Housing Association formed by the merger of the two strong and resilient housing providers who have a shared history in providing excellent quality services to our customers.

The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive multi-trade service for the Group with a focus on joinery or plumbing as well as general maintenance works.
As a key member of the Property Services team, you will carry out a variety of maintenance works and be accomplished with the use of basic power and hand tools. You will be able to measure and order materials and have a working knowledge and ability to deliver some minor plastering, tiling and painting work. You will also be familiar with the safe and correct operation of power tools and be able to work at heights.

The successful candidate will have experience of working on maintenance of domestic and commercial properties and have a strong commitment to high-quality customer service. With previous experience of working with multi trades, you will be able to carry out duties under minimum supervision and as part of a team. Joinery or plumbing skills are essential and you will have a flexible approach to working in a variety of working conditions as well as being able to establish and maintain good customer relationships.

The successful applicant will also need a full UK driving license and possess a full well-maintained toolkit at all times.

You will enjoy an excellent benefits package including a pension scheme and generous holiday entitlement.
