Company expansion has opened up opportunities for Remortgage Case Handlers.  This position would best suit a Law Graduate or a person with proven track record in managing a case load in a conveyancing environment.

Due to the structured four stage training programme involved, we welcome applications from people without conveyancing experience as well.

You will be joining a rapidly expanding customer focused company which is dedicated to progressing not only the business but the people within it.

About the Role

You will be carrying out day to day legal administration on behalf of lenders, ensuring workflow through the case management system.  You will be responsible for taking phone calls and taking necessary proactive action on your case files.

Take responsibility for Remortgage Transactions by carrying them out and completing them efficiently and effective.

You will be expected to maintain levels of service by ensuring that all areas of each Lender Service Level Agreements are met as per the guidelines from the team manager.

About You

We are looking for an excellent communicator who is able to you to get on with diverse personalities, has good time management, organisational, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. A confident person able to work alone or as part of a team.

If you have previous experience of a minimum of 1 year and a proven track record of managing your own files then we would like to hear from you. We would also be happy to consider applicants with a Law Degree.
