The People Division of Jigsaw Business Group is a global recruitment consultancy service dealing with permanent and interim placements; we help to connect clients with the right candidate to fill their vacancy.

We are now ready to expand our team further and are looking for an experienced FT Technical Resourcer / Account Handler to join our busy team based in Washington. We are keen to bring on board a person that has self-drive and motivation and someone who wants to continue a career in this industry. This position will be to source, screen, interview and place technical candidates in Interim and Permanent positions for Jigsaw Business Group. The role will be initially for 6 months fixed term contract with a view to becoming permanent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager and Project Directors.
• Source candidates through our database and many of our CV search options.
• Screen candidates and applicants on their technical suitability.
• Set up and Interview candidates according to our processes.
• Fill out all relevant paperwork adhering to ISO quality procedures.
• Global customer contact when submitting candidates.
• Data input onto Microsoft CRM and related administration.
• Administrative duties (Or to cover holidays and Sickness)
• Other administrative tasks (As required)

Successful Candidate

To be successful in your application you will:
• Have a minimum of 12 month's recent experience working within a similar recruitment or technical capacity.
• Computer literate with skills in all Microsoft packages.
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have an understanding in one of the following:
o Engineering
o Supply Chain
o Operational roles
o Programme Management
o Automotive
o Manufacturing
• Experience of using Microsoft CRM would be advantageous
• Advertising, Marketing and Social Media experience desirable.
