British Ceramic Tile is the nation’s largest manufacturer of high quality ceramic tiles. We’re experiencing a phase of significant growth and are looking for up to 30 Production Operators to join our team.

Your Role 

As a Production Operator, you will support the production of our high quality ceramic tiles. 

You will need to ensure the machines are running efficiently, conduct regular quality checks, such as visual checks or taking measurements, keep your area clean and tidy and communicate with various departments where necessary.  

About You 

While no previous production experience is required, to be considered, you’ll need to have:   

- A good understanding of health and safety in the workplace   
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills   
- The ability to work a shift pattern of rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend 
- A great work ethic 
- Excellent attention to detail 

Other job titles you may have held could include Production Assistant, Trainee Production Operative, Junior Manufacturing Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, Production Line Operative or Factory Operative.
