Regional Head of Digital - North East

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing expert to join our team and continue to lead and support our transformation into a digital first advertising solutions operation. Working in collaboration with both sales management, training and teams plus other business units you will ensure maximum opportunities have been explored and developed to the optimum capacity to generate maximum yields and ongoing relationships.

We are looking for someone who is confident in implementing and driving digital strategy to achieve year on year growth and sustainability in the market.

Although you will be situated out of the Newcastle and Teesside offices with time split between the 2 but weighted towards the Newcastle business.

Key Responsibilities

  • To execute the digital commercial strategy across the North East (Newcastle and Teesside offices)
  • Supporting the implementation of the commercial portfolio into relevant businesses
  • Deliver and drive revenue performance of digital commercial platforms through local direct sales teams
  • Develop commercial plans to support revenue growth and drive digital performance
  • Develop and nuture digital specialists to support digital growth and revenue performance
  • Develop and maintain key business critical accounts within the digital remit
  • Be an expert in all matters digital, both internally and externally, not limited to our environment
  • Lead and embed a digital first culture within the sales department
  • Working in collaboration with both sales management, training and teams and other business units to ensure maximum opportunities have been explored and developed to the optimum capacity to generate maximum yields and ongoing relationships
  • Deliver on individual KPIs and revenue objectives as set by Commercial Director

Ideal Candidate

  • You will be an digital native with an extensive portfolio of industry experience and knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to motivate and develop sales people and teams
