Technical Author required!
We are searching for a Technical Author to join a large scientific instrumentation company.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining product documentation, standards and templates related to mechanical assemblies and instrumentation (both online and print). You will also work closely with other departments to ensure all documentation correctly reflects the product and procedures required - this will include prototype and full production equipment.
The ideal candidate will have previous commercial Technical Author experience, ideally within an engineering discipline.
An understanding of electro-mechanical product development and of UL/FDA requirements would be an advantage.
