A long established but newly regenerated law firm have an exciting opportunity for a conveyancer to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to help build and grow a conveyancing department within in a dynamic and forward-thinking, friendly and well-run firm of solicitors. The company have opened a new office in the Ashford area and wish to build upon the large amount of growth in the local area.

The ideal conveyancer for the role will be a solicitor PQE 3 plus years or equivalent experienced conveyancer, reliable, conscientious and hard working with a positive outlook and someone well motivated to achieve targets.

As part of the conveyancing role you will be responsible for administering a reasonable case load of residential freehold conveyancing in a compliant manner from inception to completion. You will also be expected to actively work on business development each day within in a structured framework with the objective of building and growing the department in Ashford.

This role would suit someone capable of attracting new sources of work to the firm who has ambition to progress and grow a department with the full support of the business.

An attractive salary commensurate with experience and performance related bonuses will be paid together with pension and private health care. Future progression within the business itself will also be expected as part of this role.
