Taking over the management of a sales processing team, you will be helping them in their day to day business, and contributing towards the strategic direction of the sales operation. You will also be responsible for long term customer relationships, building and understand your client base and developing relationships accordingly.

You should have either experience of leading a team, or strong aspirations in this direction. You should also be able to intelligently review sales activity figures (time for response, conversation rate etc.), and be adept with using CRM systems to extract and review data.

As a sales administration manager you must also have dealt with customers and be able to build rapport. An ability to set and interpret KPI is essential.

You will ideally come from a manufacturing background, looking at product sales and repeat business.
