Kingston Property Services is a subsidiary of the Bernicia Group, specialising in leasehold block management and estate services throughout the North East of England.

We are looking for a Customer Advisor/Administration Officer to join our team based at our Kingston Park office. This is an exciting and challenging role in which you can make a difference.  

 

Role and Responsibilities

The role will contribute to the efficient day to day running of the customer contact team.  You will be responsible for providing a professional front-line call-handling and administrative service for customers or prospective customers of Kingston Property Services.  

In addition, you will deal with enquiries on a range of services, providing accurate and up-to-date information on both routine and complex issues; including the interpretation of relevant information, guidance and legislation.
