*CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER IN NOTTINGHAM/CHESTERFIELD**

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic support worker to step up as a senior or for a senior looking for a new challenge!

In this role your skills will be put to the test as you will be working with children who have challenging behaviour and other mental health conditions, your main duty will be working within the children`s residential home and creating a safe and happy environment!

It is important to create stability for the young people - one way my client achieves this is by only employing dedicated, reliable candidates to provide consistency within the home. You must have a passion for care and be able to provide advice when needed and have an empathetic nature.

This role is full of highs and lows so you must able to adapt quickly to different situations and approach things in a calm but professional manner.

You must have level 3 in health and social care/ children and young people or above and have previous experience working in a residential setting.

We are looking for someone who has good experience working as a senior and knows the importance of keeping everything up to date and confidential.

As a senior you will be leading a team on a daily basis and you must be a naturally organised person.

You will report to the deputy or manager in charge.

As part of your role you will be driving the children to appointments, activities etc so you must have a full driving license.

If this sounds like you or you would like to know more please call Remy on 0116 253 2550 or email your CV

We look forward to hearing from you!
