Peabody has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator - Care & Support to join the team based in Colchester. You will be there on a full time, permanent basis, and you will receive a competitive salary of £19,750 per annum.

As our Administrator – Care & Support you will contribute to the delivery of Peabody's Care and Support services by providing a responsive and effective administrative service to teams within the departments and schemes.

Key Responsibilities of our Administrator - Care & Support:

To deliver a responsive, efficient and effective general administrative service to staff within Care, Supported Housing, Floating Support and General Needs - Operation Managers, Service Managers and other team members - maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism. To ensure high standards of service delivery and customer care on all dealings with internal and external customers who receive service from Peabody.

Experience require of our Administrator – Care & Support:

- Experience of providing secretarial and administrative support to a team of managers
- Experience of dealing with diverse public groups
- Experience of working in a service sector setting
- Experience of working on own initiative and managing own workload

Skills required of our Administrator – Care & Support:

Ability to write concisely and clearly, excellent verbal and written communication, able to manage time and work load effectively, able to set up and maintain effective working systems, excellent IT skills in Outlook, Word and Excel. Able to work and contribute to a team across more than one site. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail, able to manage change and work under pressure. Proactive attitude to problem solving.
