The Client

The Together Housing Group is currently looking to appoint a new Customer Insight Co-ordinator, to be based out of either Wakefield Yorkshire, Blackburn Lancashire. This role is to provide a central point of contact on Customer insight & profiling across the whole group, as well as undertaking, managing and promoting strategic & transactional Customer Insight research.

Role and Responsibilities

Your normal day to day duties will consist of:

  • Provide a central point for the Group for all issues relating to customer insight.
  • Provide a central, strategic and comprehensive customer insight and research service ensuring that the group has up to date insight and intelligence to identify risks and inform decisions.
  • Build strong and productive relationships with senior managers and service leads to understand their issues, identify current and future opportunities for customer insight and inspire action.
  • Undertake statistical analysis of customer feedback and any other sources of intelligence to inform customer insight objectives
  • Positively seek new insight and best practice inside & outside the industry with a view to providing sector leading customer insight.

In order to complete this role, you will be required to have:

  • In-depth experience of collating and interpreting customer profiling/insight data to inform and shape service delivery and customer satisfaction across all areas of the business
  • Experience of compiling, interpreting and using customer satisfaction surveys to collect appropriate information to drive and shape services
  • Evidence of a customer focussed approach
  • Able to demonstrate Continuous Profession Development
  • In-depth knowledge and utilisation of a range of customer feedback mechanisms and approaches which can improve service delivery
