With that in mind, we currently have two new opportunities available for customer focused, friendly and effective front-line Contact Centre Advisors to join us to provide a transforming digital, customer focused, friendly and effective front line service through all communication routes.
Enquiries will include rent enquiries/payments, basic housing management advice, allocations enquiries and basic permissions and much more! You will act as a champion to promote behaviour change with customers to promote a channel shift to online services and enable first call resolution; promoting digital methods of payment to customers and taking responsibility for the incoming emails into the organisation.
To be successful in these roles, candidates should have an understanding and previous experience of working within a contact centre environment dealing with a range of methods of contact including social media, telephony and email. Able to provide a front facing customer service to a high standard, you will be accustomed to working in a busy environment, managing a number of conflicting priorities on your own initiative and with a team to ensure that the aims and objectives of the business are met.
Hours of work: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
