Providing a highly customer focused service for customers regardless of tenure, the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer will carry out ASB case management, monitoring and progression in line with support needs through the collection of evidence, liaison with residents and the alleged perpetrator along with working with key stakeholders and partners.

You will have proven effective customer liaison skills as well as being able to lead the process by maintaining regular contact with victims.  You must work within agreed procedural guidelines to escalate cases and prepare legal documentation for taking cases to Court as required; liaising with solicitors once any case has been reviewed by the Tenancy Sustainment Manager.

Administering and reviewing the cautionary contact register reporting any safeguarding concerns and developing strong links to the tenancy sustainment team, external agencies and partners will also be essential elements of the role.

Candidates for this role must have experience of delivering high quality customer service on the telephone and in person and an understanding of landlord and tenant legislation and best practice especially around ASB.  With a background of progressing and managing anti-social behaviour complaints effectively, you will have excellent communication and case management skills and the ability to engage residents and communities in an effective way.
