My Public Sector Client is looking for a full time experienced Business Administrator for a temporary assignment based in Edgbaston. The role is paying £8 and then £8 in the 13th working week onwards and would be a Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 role.

The successful post holder must be able to work closely as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively. You would be required to arrange travel (through Redfern system). This would manly be for train tickets and hotels. Part of your responsibilities would be to provide full department administration support which would include printing, filing and amending documents in Word, Powerpoint and Excel, share point and using Office 365.

You will also be required to arrange meetings and prepare for them; this may include attending the meeting and taking notes to circulate. You will also need to have good communication skills and be able to facilitate meetings, by setting up the room fully, including ensuring the IT/communications systems are working correctly, organising refreshments and hospitality for any visiting parties.

Please note, this client has requested candidates with NHS experience and also Redfern experience.
