Based in Ampthill (working across the Group – Beds, Northants, Bucks)

£30,000 per annum plus £1,670 Essential Car User Allowance

36.5 hours per week

They are currently looking for an experienced Surveyor to undertake condition surveys of existing housing stock and associated assets, determining backlog and future repair works to help them deliver an excellent maintenance service and accurately plan for future investment programmes.

As part of the assets team, you will be helping the group deliver a simple, consistent and customer focused service. In addition to your condition surveying work, you will carry out ‘right-to-buy’ surveys, assist with boundary/party wall queries, and provide support to the projects team with the delivery of programmed works. You must have a good, practical understanding of leasehold considerations and boundary and party wall issues. Computer literate and highly numerate, you will also be skilled at preparing technical reports and briefs.

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you are able to travel effectively to our client’s sites.
