Hours: Full Time Equivalent (36.5 hours per week)

Salary: £24,657 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join our forward-thinking organisation to deliver additional support in the Black Country to disabled people and those with long term health conditions towards and into work.

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven candidates with a proven track record in the successful delivery of employment and training programmes; a working knowledge of the local employment and training market; and previous experience of supporting and empowering clients towards and into work.  Candidates must hold an NQF level 3 or equivalent qualification in advice and guidance and/or a relevant level 3 teacher / training qualification.

The role will support DRC’s Bridges contract for 36.5 hours in the week.
