Providing comprehensive research and administrative support to the Strategy and Transformation Team, the Graduate Strategy and Change Analyst will support the development, co-ordination and monitoring of organisational strategy, policy, performance and change. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Maintaining an up to date library of housing policy research and articles and contributing to regular briefings about the external operating environment, you must assist with the planning and coordination of events and meetings relative to the operations and oversight of the change portfolio; taking, disseminating and tracking accurate records of action points agreed and collating a centralised documentation storage for individual Group projects and the change portfolio.
Supporting reporting requirements on individual Group projects and assisting with the preparation of communications charting the progress of Group projects and change, you will administer the Group’s planning and performance system and support target setting, benchmarking and data quality exercises.
With a 2:1 degree or above in business studies, social/political sciences or a related discipline, candidates must have experience of collating, organising and interpreting data and have a demonstrable interest in the social housing sector and business transformation. With experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (including electronic diary management) and Internet Explorer for a range of different purposes, you must be a well organised, flexible and proficient multi tasker with high level organisation skills and an excellent eye for detail.
