LTT Vending (part of the Montagu Group) are the leading providers of hot drinks, cold drinks and snacks vending machines, dedicated to providing customers with the best products and vending services.

As our Vending Operator Team Leader, you will visit customer sites within the North West of England and ensure all machines are filled to plan on their visit schedule. Managing and minimising stock waste, you will identify low performing machines on teams routes and implement plans to improve them. Keeping daily contact with all members of your team, you will accompany them on customer visits; reviewing standards, coaching and developing.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will identify and discuss any sites or machines which are, for any reason a cause for concern and make appropriate suggestions for improvement. You will also be in constant communication with regards to identifying areas for improvement within the team and any training requirements.

Pro-active and self-motivated, the successful candidate will be an experienced Vending Machine Operator who is competent at all levels of vending operations. A strong team player with excellent communication skills, you will have an enthusiastic approach and be committed to a high standard of customer service. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Those who have experience of leading a team will be of distinct advantage, however this is not essential.
