Support Worker

Our client is looking for support workers to join their community,
working on a shift rota basis, typically full time (37.5hrs) but they
will also consider Part-time hours. Shifts are arranged to meet the
needs of the people they support and may include sleep in's or waking
nights as well as day shifts.
care experience is not essential, it is your own values and attitude
which counts the most to them, and the willingness to support others.
They are looking for people who ideally have a working experience of;
awareness of Learning Disabilities, challenging and repetitive
behaviour's, or autism; however, personal/life experiences are also
highly considered or those candidates wanting to make a difference for
others.
Their recruitment programme and personality profiling enables us to
recruit the right person for the job and enables us to match
applicants with our individual's interests and support needs.
Candidates will Ideally have a QCF Level 2 qualification in Social
Care or equivalent or be willing to work towards this qualification
