Building Manager working for a major FM service provider on a number of commercial properties

Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Building Manager within a major Facilities Management service provider. This company manages Property, Asset Management, Maintenance and Operations as well as Building Services, Energy Services and Health and Safety across the U.K.

Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring the fabric of the buildings are kept to a high standard and in accordance with the contract as well as regular inspection of the site. The successful candidate will also ensure the planned maintenance program is carried out within the time frame. Other duties include managing major work programs on site and working with stakeholders and consultants.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience within a similar facilities role
• Previous management of multiple sites
• Health and Safety qualification
• Excellent client facing skills
• Excellent leadership qualities
• Full driving license
