It's not just big ticket, high pressure transactions though - we also do a whole range of smaller matters.. There is an opportunity to specialise, or gain experience in, many different areas. Some team members have a particular focus - for example corporate infrastructure/energy transactions, public procurements and/or real estate aspects of infrastructure. This is reflected in the background of team members - you do not need to have worked in a "Projects" team before. We have alumni from banking, construction, corporate, real estate and other areas - as well as engineering and museum curation (as we are a diverse team with some members enjoying second careers). In essence we advise on commercial contracts relating to energy, infrastructure, transport and many types of public/private sector transactions - a great grounding for junior lawyers. Knowledge, skills and experience required You will have: At least five years post qualification experience The ability to develop junior members of the team The ability to actively support complex transactions, liaising and leading projects with other fee earners from other relevant disciplines as needed The ability to contribute to the general upkeep of the group (whether that be to training, precedents, or know-how generally) A proven record of a high standard of client care for existing clients at the highest level.
