Toby Carvery in Dodworth are looking for a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef who has experience managing a high-volume kitchens which produce over 4000 meals a week.
This busy Toby Carvery has a great reputation and large regular guest base. The Kitchen Manager/Head Chef would need to have experience motivating and developing the 15 kitchen team members and be used to delivering the branded menu.
We are located in Dodworth Valley near Barnsley and are easily accessible off the M1 and have free parking available on site.
And do not forget Kitchen Manager/Head Chef have the potential to earn up to 4k in bonuses!
THE ROLE...
Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
