Front of House Administrator (Temp to Perm)

We are currently recruiting for a presentable and efficient Front of House Administrator on a temp to perm contract.

We provide bespoke Telecoms, IT, Cloud & Technology services across the south east of England, London & Essex to an ever growing customer base of 5,000. Our customers range from new start-up businesses to blue chip companies and we treat each and every one with the same amount of meticulous consideration that they deserve. Our 50+ dedicated and highly skilled staff are located at Lancing.
The Front of House Administrator Role Duties:
+ Front of house - Greeting visitors and making them feel welcome
+ Ensuring they sign in & out of the visitors book
+ Maintaining the meeting rooms – Ensure they are kept clean/tidy, washing up cutlery used from meetings.
+ Providing refreshments for Management meetings
+ Minute taking of meetings
+ General administration requests from Managers/Directors
+ Answering the door phone and dealing with accordingly
+ Taking incoming deliveries
+ Scanning/Filing
+ Answering the telephone and directing calls as necessary/deal with customer queries
+ All enquires made in person, over the telephone or email must be handled to a high standard
+ Stationery & Tea/Coffee stock management (stock checking, ordering, stock rotation)
+ Distributing & franking post (taking to the post box)
+ Maintenance Sheets (inputting data into OLIS)
+ Dealing with the Account Management quotations (monitoring contracts@overline .com emails for returned quotes & updating the customer database with this information)

As Front of house, you are the first point of contact for visitors, potential clients etc and are always representing the company.
