We are currently recruiting an additional capable and efficient CV Screener who will be able to swiftly understand the requirements of a job vacancy and review online applications prior to submitting to our clients. This is a computer-based role. 

In particular you'll be involved with:

+ Familiarising yourself with the requirements of a vacancy / company.
+ Screening candidate CVs for suitability
+ Using initiative to spot opportunities to continuously improve processes
+ Searching CV databases for talent and reaching out to potential candidates by email and phone
+ Assisting with the creation of job adverts

We are a busy business attracting hundreds of candidates daily as such you won't be phased by volume and repetition. 

What we are looking for:

Essential:

+ Multi-sector CV screener with a recruitment 6th sense 
+ Previous experience working in a Recruitment / Resourcing environment
+ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to deal with clients at all levels
+ Friendly, personable and professional manner
+ Experienced user of web-based services. 
+ Confident and assured; a dependable team player who can step in to pick up other activities when required
+ Comfortable working from home; you will have a suitable, private home-office
+ Commercial, persuasive and confident skill set
+ Can handle volume
+ Experience with posting jobs onto multiple job boards would be a bonus
+ Experience with Logic Melon ATS would be a bonus
+ A strong internet connection
