We are recruiting for a client support administrator with a good working knowledge of Group Health Insurance such as PMI, Dental and Travel products?

  • Do you have the CII insurance qualification (minimum IF7)?
  • Did you achieve an A or B grade for English and Maths GCSE?
  • Have you worked within Health insurance, specifically PMI?

Working within a small team you will be liaising with clients, consultants and insurance providers for new business quotations and general day to day administration. You will maintain renewal reports, and ensure all records are kept up to date using the Avelo database. As this is a highly regulated environment you will be expected to ensure all communications with the clients are in accordance with company compliance policies and industry regulations.

You will need to have worked for an intermediary and have looked after SME's as well as individuals. Able to carry out Corporate and Company medical, dental, travel, cash plan & health assessment renewals and conduct market reviews. You will be familiar with insurance providers and their systems.
