Timber Designer

Girling Jones is working with a Timber Frame Manufacturer based in Exeter with clients in both the public and private sectors. They're looking for an experienced Frame or Truss designer to join the team.

You will be involved in preparing detailed drawings for Architects, Structural Engineers, Roof Designers, Carpenters and Joiners. Whilst liaising Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, manufacturing staff, and sub-contractors to ensure the smooth delivery of our products.

This role requires the candidates will need minimum experience of 2 years in AutoCAD. Candidates with experience in other relevant design software's will also be considered.

Is this you?

Proficient in AutoCAD and timber frame design.

Previous experience in building structures and timber frames or an ambitious individual within the construction industry looking for an office based position.
