111 Health Advisor / Call Handler
Brook Street are recruiting Band 3 Health Advisors required to work in our 111 call centre at Bolton. Must be able to work as part of a team to provide an effective and timely communication link with the Public and Health Care Professionals in receiving telephone calls for urgent and non-urgent health-care needs.
This post is temporary for 12 weeks, but if candidates show commitment permanent contracts with the NHS will be given, which gives you the chance to be a permanent NHS member of staff, with the great NHS pension scheme and starting on 27 days holiday not inclusive of bank holidays.
DBS clearance required, and immediate starts available.
£7 ph Standard hours
£10 ph Evening / Saturday rate
£14 ph Sunday rate
Working hours - Must be flexible over 7 days a week.
- Experience working with a customer service environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- A good level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak clearly and demonstrate effective listening skills when communicating with patients over the phone
