NHS - Patient Transport
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £7 per hour

My Client, a large NHS organisation, are looking for Customer Service Agents to work within their busy contact centre in Broughton.
The role will include taking call for patients that wish to book transport to and from their hospital appointments. You will be required to take information from the patient during the phone call and input the data accurately and efficiently whilst still on the phone to the individual.
Excellent communication skills are required at all times and a professional and calm manner.
Working within a customer service background is desirable for this role.
30 hours per week Monday -Sunday, you will need to be flexible as to which hours you can work, between 6:00 and 21:00.
£7 per hour rising after 12 weeks. Enhanced rate paid after 8pm weekdays & weekends.
