Logistics & Engineering Trainer
Job Title: Logistics & Engineering Trainer
Location: Field Based
Salary: Competitive Plus Annual bonus incentive
Travel: 80%
Overall Purpose of the Job
To provide effective training delivery and training module / course development support to BrightHouse Logistics and Engineering functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop training modules / courses where need is identified either by skills gap analysis, New Services, products or direct request / feedback.
- Deliver training modules / courses as required to the agreed company standards
- Maintenance of files and documents pertaining to Training
- Keep up to date and be aware of legislation and design changes that may affect Logistics & Engineering functions.
- Undertake training and development on new products / services / requirements as required to continue self- development.
- Complete all necessary administration.
- Effectively plan the daily Workload.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties, as and when required
Required Skills:
Skills & Experience
Essential:-
- Training Qualification
- Relevant experience as a trainer in a logistics environment
- Good Analytical Skills
- Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate good organisation skills
- Good knowledge and practical ability in Microsoft XL
- Good Knowledge and practical ability in Microsoft Word & Power point
- Forklift qualification.
- Full Driving Licence
- Be suitably located to support the south / midlands of the UK and travel to Manchester and further afield as required.
Desirable:-
- Technical Training experience
- Forklift Trainer qualification
- ITSAR/RTITB Trainer qualification
- Reach/ Counterbalance truck qualification
- Technical background / experience
