From traditional noodles and sushi to bento boxes and fusion dishes, our client has a flair for creating authentic and delicious Japanese cuisine. Only the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques are used to craft each dish with all food cooked fresh on-site each day.
Specialising in Far East cuisine, they are looking for someone with real a passion for food. They serve Noodles, Sushi, Sashimi, Ramen, Bento, Domburi, Teriyaki, Tempura, Katsu, and Curry.

Our client is now recruiting for a Restaurant Manager in Bristol, ideally from a branded restaurant background.
Knowledge and experience of Far East cuisine is not essential however would be beneficial.
